No refund after work starts: once JamesNox begins authorized discovery, planning, setup, procurement, design, development, configuration, migration, or other project activity, project deposits and payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Monthly services are invoiced separately and are not automatically charged by this checkout. Third-party renewals, AI/API usage, domains, hosting, plugins, and provider costs are separate unless expressly included.
