Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, and using the website lawfully. Attempts to bypass download authorization, disrupt the service, or misuse another customer’s access are prohibited.
Software orders
Prices, compatibility, requirements, and included support are shown on the applicable product page. Payment is processed by the configured provider. A completed order grants the customer the rights described for that product; it does not transfer JamesNox intellectual property.
Website and custom work
Project forms are requests, not binding orders. Scope, schedule, ownership, payment milestones, third-party costs, and support terms are established in the accepted proposal or agreement.
Availability
JamesNox works to keep services dependable but may perform maintenance, correct errors, suspend abusive access, or retire a product. Material product changes should be communicated through the account or published release information where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
